Im trying to find a mounting bracket to fit aftermarket 6.5" coaxials. Crutchfield sells Metra which is 7.8" thick. Plenty of room for the magnets but too thick for the door panel to go back on. Does anyone know of a slimmer mounting bracket I can buy for this application?

In my 2025 DC, I have Sony ES 6 1/2" coaxials to mount in the rear doors. Aftermarket company Metra brackets are too thick at 7/8". Does anyone know of a shallower depth of mounting plate? Crutchfield only sells Metra and their advice, since our 4Gs are still basically new, is to search for...
