The time has come! Kuat was awesome to help me get a rack to enjoy the season with my truck. But the long term plan was always to get an Alucab camper, and some other top secret stuff done.
And that time has come.
The Kuat rack is full loaded, aside from the newly launched enclosure panels that turn this into a fully sealed unit.
This bed rack is about 3 months old.
Super sturdy, goes with the lines of the new Tacomas better than any of the other ones do and it’s built like a tank.
Total build out was
3k. You can build one on their website in 3d for comparison.
Ibex Rack
1 Large molle panel
3 small molle panels
Handle
Cross bar riser kit, which includes the front of the bed molle panel and reinforcement kit
Antenna mount
I’m pretty sure this will fit a 3rd gen as well, but you will have to do the research on that.
