Some relevant information, especially for those knocking the new trucks and/or saying Toyota's sales are not doing good...
In 2016, the first year for the 3rd Gen Tacoma, they sold approximately 180,000 trucks. The latest data for the 2024, is about 170,000 trucks year to date. And we still have a few weeks left.
This means that the 4G, even though more expensive, has effectively had the same success in launching as did the 3G. Something to think about. Toyota seems to be going strong and I assume these numbers will continue to ramp up in subsequent years, as they have historically.
