2025 TRD Pro
I've been looking at fang lights to put on my 25 trd pro, and diving a little deeper into it, it's possible, but it is not plug and play like it is on older models. Has anybody successfully managed to install fang lights on a 4th gen trd pro with working turn signals?

There is only one kit that is plug and play for the 4th Gen, but I just checked and it does not work with Trailhunter, TRD Pro, or Limited models. Doesn't seem that anyone is currently making one. You'd have to tap the harness go to the headlight on your own. Not terribly hard, but you'll have to cut/tap the OEM harness.

I did it on mine, picked them up on tacoma lifestyle. As far as wiring goes, it was not terribly difficult. I ran them to my fuse box, then using taps wired into the turn signals on the OEM lights.

You can install them without removing the front bumper, I just used a plastic pry tool, broke a tab on the old piece, but that did not bother me.
