Installing Superwinch On C4 Front Bumper - Issues With Small Fan/Sensor Clearance?

Hey guys. Anyone else running a bumper with a winch? I have a small fan (maybe some kind of sensor) on my truck I haven't seen on the C4 install guide. It's probably because I have a hybrid, is my guess. But it seems that it will interfere with my winch.

I'm thinking I can just relocate it somewhere along the support. Any reason not to? Anyone know exactly what this little thing is?

I could be wrong - but I think its a little sensor that makes a noise for when you're driving under hybrid power. The one that makes it sound like a space ship lol it's either that one or the two black snail shell looking things above it.

Best and only guess I've seen so far, lol. The snail looking things are the horns.
