No audio from 14" JBL System - no volume response either

So, just after reaching 3k on my TRD Pro, the audio cut-out/stopped working, while driving, no sounds whatsoever from the head unit from any source... The volume knob could put into stand-by but not control audio volume, no indication on screen of any change in volume when adjusting.

Was streaming audio via Bluetooth at the time, just after a phone call. I do recall the radio reviving an update, OTA?? earlier in evening before starting to 300m drive. Now the odd part was the head-unit worked, functioned, it just would not show any volume changes or anything, simple power off/power on was not enough, had to hold the volume knob (press/hold for 10-30s) to reset the head unit and/or the JBL amp?.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but operation resumed to normal after pressing/holding the vol knob, to kill power and reset it.

First time hearing about this. Could it be a loose connection? Like a wire inside the 14inch screen.

No idea, has worked fine, prior to the "Update" i saw flash on the screen the other morning, same day it happened.
