Got my new intake installed yesterday!

Overall, the install is super easy. The factory air box and tube are simple to remove.

The noise level of the air rushing into the motor is definitely louder. And, when you release the gas, the blow off valve noise is also much easier to hear. I rarely heard either of these with my factory unit.

Does it give you more power? I'm sure there's improvement, but all I have is the "butt dyno" and my truck has a bunch of things like armor, camper, tire swing carrier, and 37s. It's still zippy with the hybrid motor, but it's a little harder to feel a ~5% (SXTH element data) increase in horsepower/torque.

At the end of the day, it gives a few benefits. Increased airflow, more power, a better look, etc.

Quick Specs & Features
- works with hybrid and non-hybrid models
- no tune needed (except Trailhunter & TRD Pro - make sure you confirm compatibility if you have a snorkel, TRD intake, etc.)
- about 14 more hp and ft/lbs. of torque (reported)
- higher flow (larger filter box with more openings, 12-17% increase)
- clear QuickSnap plastic filter cover (has magnets for easy removal)
- smooth tubing
- compatible with factory mass airflow sensor (you reuse your OEM one)
- fast and straightforward install
- trailSHIELD dust cover (optional, recommended for dusty enviroments while off-roading)
- durable materials (high density polymer plastic)
