Tacoma System and Brake Malfunction + Orange Coolant Light Issue: Anyone Has Any Solution Ideas?

What’s up guys! Gonna start a build thread here as I wish I had done with my 3GT. It was insane but I’m excited to start this next project. I picked up my 4GT Pro on 10/8/25 and the first thing I did was the OTT tune at the dealership after signing the papers. Next in the works will be a Goose gear rear seat delete, tint, wheels & tires. Has anyone had a “system malfunction” “break malfunction” message AND orange coolant light come ON and suddenly OFF on their truck dash?

This was the message I got this morning and I immediately reached out to the dealership, who said it won’t be covered since I’m over my warranty.

Dealership said to bring it in for diagnostics and pay out of pocket. I'll wait to see how it all plays out while also looking out for potential solutions too.
