37” spare + fullsize jack in the bed

Not really a wannabe pre runner guy and I don’t want a rear bumper swing out… Has anyone see a machine spare tire + jack setup for the 4th gen bed yet? I’d like to keep it flat against the bed to keep the rear view clear. Can ask around for someone to custom fab but curious what yall are doing. This has worked so far for 25k miles but I’d like
