So last month in Gilmer TX, I took my 4th Gen Tacoma through a couple of trails out there. We had a group of about 10 rigs, and I’m not gonna toot my own horn, but everyone was pretty impressed with how well the Tacoma did. The trails weren’t insanely difficult by any means, but the Taco handled it all like a champ.

I really enjoyed the low end power the truck has along with the new electronic power steering that makes tight turning a breeze. I barely had to go into 4lo or even engage the locker at all while on the trail.

One stand out item to note is the added clearance that the rear bumper provides. Instead of explaining, you can see my video below.
