Can You Disable The Annoying Seat Belt Chime? Any Tips?

Hey all! Quick question for everyone...

I absolutely hate the new gen seat belt chime/alert. It's longer and louder than ever before. Super annoying.

I'm not suggesting you don't wear your seat belt, but for short runs or while off-roading, it would be great to be able to disable it.

I've seen some people on Facebook mention that a good scan tool can be used to disable it.

Thoughts? Anyone have a solution?

Yeah, the new chime is brutal. We make seat belt clickers that plug into the receiver and just stop the beep. It’s a simple fix that works great, and it can stay in your center console when you don’t need it.
