Hey,
We make tailored fit, rapidly removable bed platforms. I built my first truck bed platform for my 2009 Tacoma Long Bed to camp on weekends and surf Baja with my wife, without losing the ability to haul gear or make dump runs. Drawer systems didn’t cut it for me—they’re great for full-time overlanders or tradesmen, but I needed something versatile.
Using three 57"x24" panels cut from plywood, I created a minimalist platform that sits on the bed’s ledge. It stacks or removes in minutes, leaving room for big items under my camper shell. After five years of loving this ugly but functional DIY setup, I founded BamBeds to bring this design to others who want to skip the hassle of building their own.
