Been thinking about getting the hitch skid plates for my truck. It seems like a solid upgrade for protection and off-road durability.

No doubt they do protect the hitch and undercarriage from rocks and rough terrain, which is a big plus for off-roading enthusiasts.

I haven’t installed one yet, though, and I’m wondering if it’s worth it for my truck. The advantages like added strength and peace of mind sound great, but I’m still on the fence.

Would love to chat with anyone who’s installed it on their truck, to know the best place to get a good, reliable hitch skid plate. Any tips on installation or brands to consider?
