What’s up guys! Gonna start a build thread here as I wish I had done with my 3GT. It was insane but I’m excited to start this next project. I picked up my 4GT Pro on 10/8/25 and the first thing I did was the OTT tune at the dealership after signing the papers. Next in the works will be a Goose gear rear seat delete, tint, wheels & tires. Next weekend, I’m looking to upgrade the audio system in my Tacoma. I plan on taking inspiration from a build I helped my friend put together for his truck.

For the front, I’m planning to install Kenwood components, with 6x9 speakers and 3.5” drivers in the stock mounting locations for a clean, seamless fit, just like we did on his truck.

For the rear doors, I’ll add Kenwood midbass drivers, specifically 6.5” speakers, to boost the sound depth. I’m going with a Hertz 4-channel amp to power everything, keeping the audio crisp and clear, quite similar to my friend’s setup.

For the low end, I’m eyeing an MTX 10” shallow mount sub, perfect for tight spaces. Then I'll build a custom box and amp rack behind the seats, to keep it all organized and secure. If it turns out as good as his Tacoma, this setup is going to sound incredible. Won't lie, I'm kind of looking forward to it.
