I see allot of expensive options to cover the end of the exhaust outlet, some of them upwards of $200. If you don't mind not having a cool log on it, I found a much less expensive option at CarID:

Stainless Round Tip

I cut about 8" off my stock pipe and slipped the tip over, clamped it down with provided toothed cleats and viola:

Not bad for $39 and 15 minutes of work.
