Don't know how many people get that weird popping feeling when you randomly get in your back seat while driving but, I was able to have mine fixed.

So the lumbar support system tracks had give at base and it would move back and forth accelerating or breaking causing a feeling like someone was sitting behind you and bumped the seat or pressed knee in back. It always felt like a clunk or pop.

What I used was two corks to push the track system into the cushion super firmly so it doesn’t have that lose give in base. I couldn’t find any screws or things to tighten. Surprisingly, the track still works fine even with the wine works in there

I was just complaining about that the other day, is that the internal of the back?

Yes it is. It's a simple fix really and not one to take much of your time. Quite economical too. Just 2 wine corks and you're good to go. If you're still having this issue with your truck, you can probably try out this fix this weekend. Might just be the solution you need.
