I wanted to take a moment and share my recent experience with Cali Raised LED.
My family knew I was pretty excited about my new truck and gifted some small things for me at Xmas. I was gifted the bed stiffeners from Cali Raised. I was having the shop around the corner wire in my ditch lights, so I just had them do the molle panel bed kit and bed stiffeners too.
When I pick up the truck the shop tells me the hardware for the stiffeners isn't even close. So I call Cali Raised. They pick up right away and it's an actual human being! Can you imagine?! I start to explain, he cuts me off and says I bet I know what happened... And knew before I finished. Looked up the info, saw my family bought it from one of the other vendors and says no problem, I'll ship you new hardware tomorrow.
One of the best, easiest, most painless, reminiscent of old school customer service transactions I've had. No dodging blame, no pretending there wasn't an error, just accountability and action.
A lot of these companies make comparable products, but because of how they treated me, whatever I can buy from them I will.
I thought I'd share with y'all because it makes a difference to me what kind of a business I patronize, if does to others I'd want to know.
