NYTOP Axle Dump Exhaust Mod

Hey all, as most of you know, one of the biggest and most noticeable distractions on the back end of the 4th gen Taco's is without a doubt the tail pipe. Now I know that there are options out there of the more popular ones seems to be the NYTOP axle dump kit.
In theory it seems like a great option for the esthetic of the truck. But I'm very curious about one potential major flaw.

With hot Exhaust being dumped right at the rear axle, wouldn't that leave a lot of potential for heating up the rear diff?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Running your truck on the freeway for extended amounts of time likely gets WAY hotter than anything a little exhaust gas can do.
