So tires replaced and vibration still there. Switched to winter rims and tires and still getting vibrations. Friend 6 hrs away having same issue. Dealer replaced tires on his which he said helped but he can still feel a vibration but not as bad. Wtf is going on?
I would have to say the twisting lifting plastic bedrail caps Here's a pic of the bottom side. Too many spaces and gaps and held on w plastic clips and doubled sided tape on styrofoam.
where do you find the service info stating that? I had to snap part of that rail back down after getting it back from the dealer who tried to re glue the front part of the rail back down. thx
Brand new Taco, bed rail plastic caps appear to be secured by little pieces of Styrofoam glued to the caps and to the metal box all letting go causing the plastic caps to be loose and lifting up. Dealer tried re gluing back down but glue ate the styrofoam so waiting for at least one new bed cap...
Yup 170kms on truck trd off road and dealer found the drivers side front and rear tires are oblong, waiting to hear from dealer next what we are gonna do about this, could feel the vibration right through the seat 48-60kph speciific
Toyota had the same reasoning for the Tundra motors but debris doesn't find it way into vehs built all in different plants in my opinion. The problem should relate to vehs only built in that plant then and I was told with the Tundras they were from different plants and it was the crank bearings...
