Fob remote starting disconnects carplay

Anyone else notice when you remote start your Taco with the fob it drops your carplay and you have to reconnect carplay?

When the truck first starts the carplay system searches for a device. If it can't find a device after about a minute it'll stop searching. So if your phone is out of range when the truck starts up and it doesn't connect within that first minute you'll have to manually connect it when you eventually get into the truck.
