Yo everyone! Drafting up this post as a guide/resource for new low-profile bumpers for the 4th Gen Tacoma as they become available.

By low profile, I'm talking about the bumpers that replace the center portion only. Sometimes people call it a valance.

This is an OEM+ style. The main purpose is to avoid crazy cuts and stay slim, while still being able to add lights, a winch, etc.

Some options already available today...

Coming soon...

I know several others are working on others. I'll update this post as I can and new products launch.

Feel free to drop links/photos as you find them too!

Use code “Ghosted” to save on anything from CBI’s website

Better approach angle. Plus most have the ability to mount a winch and additional recovery points.

Seems like some of the ones I've seen don't necessarily improve approach angle? Probably need to stick more to full bumpers if that is the goal.

The rago fab one looks sleeeeek

I'm really only interested in front bumpers that retain all factory sensors. Maybe we could add this information to the posts as they come up?

Also, I was surprised to see that ARB doesn't have a front bumper already available since they produce a rear bumper for the TRD Pro and Trailhunter models.

Any low-profile winch bumpers, compatible with TRD Pro skid plates?

Shouldn't most (if not all) low-profile bumpers be compatible? I don't think the bottom portion that is most typically replaced houses any sensors, to my knowledge.

ARB operates in interesting ways, haha. There's a lot of R&D to consider. Especially with that new core support. I'm sure they'll get there, they just have their hands in a lot of jars.

Similar response to above. I wouldn't see why it would interfere with any of the bumpers. Even when full widths start to come out. Bumpers don't usually bolt to the crossmember where the skid plate does.

Wondering, because some of the vendors out there say they do not work/are not compatible with stock skid plates.
