Hi All!

I am located in Mandeville, LA, and I work in the city.

I just purchased my first Tacoma! A 2026 TRD off-road premium 6MT in Heritage Blue. I am about to roll 1,000 miles, and so far I am very happy with it. I waited almost 9 months from order to delivery, but it is a blast to row your own. Very happy I went this direction instead of the Ranger Raptor I test drove last year.

I am not sure yet. I would love to do some KC hilites dayliters with the smiley faces, on a roll bar, but I'm having trouble finding one that I like enough and/or works with a bedcover, and I really like the practicality of the rollup bedcover.

I think it will be tough to find a roll bar that works with a bed cover. They're not too popular for the Tacoma. Most people take them off and run dedicated bed rack. There are some that work with tonneau covers. Not sure if that's the route you want to go.

Looking good, these new trucks are pretty impressive. I thought about the new raptor too, but Toyota always takes great care of me.
