2025 Trailhunter
Hi folks, I just put some money down on a 25 Trailhunter and I'm going down the rabbit hole on future additions whenever I take delivery. Specifically, I'm looking for any insights on the stock/OEM roof rack that comes on the TH and how it stands up to some of the more popular aftermarket models (Prinsu?)

Ultimately, I'm building out a "trail MTB rig" to get me and my crew to some exotic places to ride/camp. The truck will also be a DD (well, 2 days a week anyway), and my office parking is underground. I had a fairly beefy Rubicon a few years back, and when I was done building it I couldn't really fit it into anything underground. I'd like to avoid that with this build, so hoping to keep everything as "low profile" as I can and avoid too many pointy bits to smash into sprinkler pipes and ductwork.

Ok so net here is I'd like to run a smaller 90 degree awning off the roof rack and just want to know if the OEM rack will suffice or if I should be planning to replace it.

As a bonus question, wondering if anyone runs a Kuat IBEX and if that interferes significantly with using a tailgate pad for bike transport. I'm not a big fan of the side mounted bike rack but if I have to go that way I guess I will.

Thanks all!
