Who has installed paint protection film on their new 4th Gen Tacoma? What brand did you all going with and why? I did a ceramic coat on mine, but the next Tacoma I’m about to get, I am heavily considering doing a full PPF style wrap on it since it is a black truck 😳 thoughts? I’ve heard STEK is great and they also have color changing PPF style film. Miami Blue???? 🤨

Toyota's website currently has the OEM PPF 25% off and I'm wondering the same question. I've been contemplating doing ceramic on my white truck too. Just not sure if it's really worth it.

1000% worth it in my opinion with all the paint problems Toyota has been having. Sucks to bite the bullet and pay for it, but it's absolutely worth it for longevity and resale down the road.

Yeah Jon, with how thin this paint is your gonna wish you had PPF. Especially with the Pro. Even though I have no "poke" from the 35s, the paint is still taking a beating. Not to mention how wide these things are now. Here in Colorado, mine has already taken some significant scratches into the PPF that would have otherwise messed up the paint. I got Xpel, because it has a 10 year warranty against fading and it has a hydrophobic layer that is kind of like a ceramic coat. I only did the front half of the truck though, but I am not yet ready to spill the beans on why that is....
