Parking Lights on 2024 Off-Road

I have an odd question. When I turn my light switch on to the parking lights, the main headlights come on as well with the parking lights. Is this the sensor kicking the main headlights on due to mild darkness outside or can I disable them only to come on only when the main headlight switch is "on"? Is there a setting in the menu screen to change this?

Parking lights only plus fogs, not sure why yours would engage the headlights

Thank you for the reply. Yes, when I turn on my fog lights and the parking lights, I do get the same thing as you show in the pics. However, if my fog lights are off and I only engage the parking light switch, the headlights come on as well. The brightness of the headlight bulbs is about like the daytime driving light mode. Makes me wonder if this is a safety thing with Toyota with only having the parking lights on and nothing else. The headlights turn on as a safety feature for driving. I appreciate your reply.
