- 2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad Long Bed Upgrade Package
KC Platform One Roof Rack Bundle for 4th Gen Tacoma
Power-Ready System
The Platform One is a complete overhaul of the standard roof rack, making it one of a kind for several reasons. The biggest thing that sets this rack apart is KC’s built-in Power-Ready wiring. The rack has hidden channels that let you run all your lighting and accessories inside the rack itself. No zip ties, no wires hanging everywhere, just a clean, straightforward install. This is a game-changer, and I am sure anyone who has wired their own light bar would agree with me.This isn’t just a roof rack; it’s designed to be a complete system. KC matched the rack, wiring, and lights so everything works together without extra brackets or custom wiring. It’s the first rack that comes ready to mount gear and power it without adding a bunch of extra parts.
Modular Design
This rack is designed to be used; it has limitless mounting options and is able to adapt to any setup. Whether you are mounting kayaks, recovery gear, solar panels, or rooftop tents, this rack can accommodate it all. Featuring precision-cut side rails, you can set this roof rack up for any trip.Made specifically for the 4th Gen Tacoma double cab, it bolts right up to factory points with no drilling. KC also includes blackout plates if you’re not running side lights, so it still looks finished and clean.
Built Right
Made in the US with CNC-cut precision, this rack is engineered to actually handle load and abuse while keeping a low-profile design. Strong enough for rooftop tents and gear, with the bonus of being the first rack designed around integrated power. Here is the link to check out all the features this thing has to offer: https://www.kchilites.com/bundle-pl1-toyota-tacoma.html
To say the least, KC HiLiTES really cares about squeezing every ounce of utility out of your vehicle. The Platform One rack is not just a place to strap gear, it’s a full system designed around how people actually use their trucks, and provides convenience I didn't realize was possible. Between the built-in wiring channels, the clean fit, and the way it’s set up to run lights, solar, and accessories without a mess of wires, it’s easily one of the most forward-thinking products I’ve seen come out of the industry in a long time. It feels like KC looked at all the pain points with racks and actually solved them. I’m seriously excited to see these in person.
What do you guys think about these upgrades? And if you’re running a rack now, would you switch to this setup for cleaner wiring and integration?
