Installed these engine and trans skids from OKX a couple months ago and really like them so far. I live in a very salty environment so aluminium was a necessity and I want to keep the truck light so the weight savings is a plus. The only thing I was slightly worried about was the strength since I actually wheel my truck and after using them I'm very impressed. They gusset the back of the plate a lot for strength and it seems to work since I plowed into a rock after gunning it while almost getting stuck in mud and all it left was a nice black mark across the plate. Keep in mind this felt like a car crash on the inside and the whole truck bounced up. Their pricing is also great especially for a handmade product in a smaller shop. One of the cheapest alu plates on the market. Also come with access ports for oil changes which I just used for the first time. Overall couldn't be happier with these and love supporting such a cool busines.

Toyota just revealed their 4th Gen Tacoma TRD ProRunner concept ahead of SEMA. This truck is built on the TRD PreRunner model and it’s unfitted with a slew of TRD Pro components. It has pro suspension, skid plates, ARB bumper, recovery hooks, and even the red iso dynamic seats.

This truck also has a bunch of Rigid lights and a full Pre Runner style tire carrier in the rear.

The exterior is painted in mudbath color with Toyota heritage racing stripes pulling inspiration from both Ivan Ironman Stewart and Jimmie Johnson’s #84.
