Just did my first big trip after installing 33" tires on 0 offset wheels, rock sliders, roof rack and my tent setup and was pleasantly surprised to still be getting around 21 mpg on the highway. Before everything I was getting 23-24 so it went down but nowhere near as much as I was expecting. Keep in mind this was also fully loaded down with me, my girlfriend and our dog and everything to sustain us for about five days and 700 miles. My avg speed was about 68 mph. I suspect If I was going closer to 80 my mpg would severely drop to around the 15 mpg range as air resistance is exponential but what are you guys getting on your trucks? I have a friend with a similar build 3rd gen and he's lucky to get 17 on the highway so overall very impressed with the new engine and trans. Much better in pretty much every way so far...View attachment RIL02032.jpg
