- 2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad Long Bed Upgrade Package
Putting this post together as a resource to track aftermarket headlight options as they start showing up for the new Tacoma.
For me, the biggest draw to swapping headlights is the way they transform the truck’s look. The factory lights aren’t terrible, but aftermarket setups usually bring sharper DRLs, blacked-out housings, and lens designs that give the front end a more aggressive presence. A solid headlight upgrade can completely change the personality of the truck. The TRD Pro headlights are a good step-up, but some of the designs coming from aftermarket companies push it even further.
The performance side matters too: better projectors and LED tech mean safer night driving and more visibility when you’re out on the trail.
I’m really interested to see which brands drop their versions first and how they stack up against the factory options.
The AlphaRex NOVA headlights bring a sharp, modern look with tri-projector LED output. They deliver stronger visibility while adding sequential turn signals and a bold DRL design.
The Alpharex Luxx headlights step up the look with a sleek projector layout and animated lighting features. They provide a clean upgrade with improved output and style.
Is there any other brands we should keep an eye on? Anyone currently running aftermarket headlights?
