- 2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad Long Bed Upgrade Package
GFC V2 Max Camper on a 4th Gen Tacoma
GFC just launched the new V2 MAX Camper and they already have one sitting on a 4th Gen Tacoma. It looks incredible. The MAX takes everything from the V2 Pro and stretches it 18 inches longer. That might not sound huge, but it completely changes the layout.
They also added a few features that make it more practical right out of the box. Instead of drilling holes or running your own wiring, the MAX comes prewired for both solar and Starlink. The bulkhead has a built-in MOLLE panel for mounting gear or organizing cables, and there’s a new sliding front window so you can open up the cab and bed for ventilation or quick access.
Some of the main updates:
- 18 inches longer than the standard V2
- Prewired for solar and Starlink
- Sliding front cab window for airflow and access
- Bulkhead MOLLE panel for mounting gear
- Same aluminum frame and composite panels as the original
Structurally, it’s still the same GFC everyone trusts. Lightweight, simple, and tough. The extra length just gives you more flexibility to move around and make it feel like an actual living space instead of a compact sleeper setup. They’ve already started scheduling installs into early 2026. Installations are handled through their partner shops across the country, just like the V2, or you can head over to Bozeman Montana for a GFC HQ Install.
If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the photos of the 4th Gen Tacoma with the MAX on top. It fits the new bed lines perfectly and looks like it belongs there. I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up being the most popular version they’ve built so far.
