View attachment IMG_8251.jpegHi everyone,

I’ve been having a hard time finding available RV camping spots in Southern California, especially on weekends. It seems like many of the popular campgrounds are fully booked well in advance. I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has faced this issue and if there are any tips or tricks for booking last-minute trips.

Here are some great RV camping spots I’ve found in Southern California:

Joshua Tree National Park:

Offers unique desert scenery and great stargazing. The campgrounds like Hidden Valley and Black Rock are popular, so book early.
Lake Arrowhead:

The Lake Arrowhead Resort provides beautiful lake views and forested surroundings. It’s a nice spot for a relaxing weekend.
Anza-Borrego Desert State Park:

Known for its stunning desert landscapes and wildflower blooms. Borrego Palm Canyon Campground is a good option, but it can fill up fast.
San Onofre State Beach:

Located near the coast, it’s great for beach lovers. San Mateo Campground offers a laid-back atmosphere with easy beach access.
Big Bear Lake:

Offers both lake and mountain experiences. Pineknot Campground is a favorite for its serene setting and outdoor activities.
