Since I don’t take my truck off-road, for me it’s more for aesthetics. It is much more common on full size trucks. Just keeps all the undercarriage stuff out of sight, tucked away nicely.Interesting. I was just going to say that I haven't seen much around for this. Like ever and in general. Rough Country seems to be moving pretty fast with this new generation. Is it more aesthetics? Or for protection? I can say, on my 3G, which has more gaps, this was never really an issue. Even after getting pretty muddy on some trails. Did mud get everywhere? Of course. But usually not in that particular spot.
