Tacoma
2024 DCSB TRD Sport
One day old TRD Sport with 21 miles ... snowy day in Colorado.

Designed and printed simple trim rings to snap into place on the climate and drive mode knobs. I don't like the fake screw heads on the OEM knobs.
Also designed an iphone charger pad. I like it better than the factory wireless charging setup.

Just getting started :)

Nice! What material did you print in?
I've tried 5 so far. The trim ring shown is bronze PLA and the phone charger matte black PLA. I usually use PLA for prototyping, and lean to other stuff for longevity with temperature swings. That said I made a phone holder out of PLA for my neighbor that lasted thru scorching summer temps with no issue.

PLA with ironing has a nice top surface. PLA+ looks almost injection molded. PA6CF has a slight carbon fiber feel I like but it's slightly less clean. TPU worked - and is nice for both flex and excellent temp longevity - but I need to tweak the settings for looks.

Anyone make a filler plate for the JBL speaker, on the dash, yet?
I didn't get that option, but if you can point me to any schematics, 3d models, or anything pertinent, I can make something
