Mirror replacement

So unfortunately, me being the dumbass I backed out of my garage and clipped my side view mirror and broke the cover and trim pieces. With talking with the dealer the outer cover was its own part but the other trim pieces were not so I get to pay the price.

My question is, has anyone removed/replaced their mirror assembly on their 4G Tacoma and if so do you have any tips? Any help is appreciated.

Yeah sorry didnt have time this morning, i've updated the post. I have placed an order with my dealer for a whole assembly as they stated that part of some piece that is broken is only able to be bought with the whole assembly. I think i found a yt video on how to remove the door panel which should give me access to the bolts holding the mirror in place. Funny enough is this shop is in my area too lol. Youtube video

Hey I have the same problem, I need to replace my side mirror on my 2024 SR5, did you figure out how to fix it?
