So I recently just installed the WildTop Soft Truck Cap onto my new 4th Gen Tacoma TRD Pro. I wanted to run it for a few weeks before giving you all my thoughts, so since that time has passed, here are my thoughts on this topper.

Installation
The install process for the most part was fairly easy, if you like picture direction. The photos are detailed enough to see what you need to do, however, with the lack of parts being labeled, you will have to second guess yourself sometimes (at least I did). I was still able to get it all installed and on my Tacoma though within about an hour and a half or so, and that was with filming some b-roll and taking photos as well. I go over some more tips and tricks though in my YouTube review on this which I will have linked at the end of the thread.

Price
Honestly, pretty solid when you consider the competition and this comes already with the integrated frame that you can add items on top to. The price just starts to go up though the more you accessorize.

Pros
This thing is lightweight as crap! It weighs under 45 lbs which is wild. The WildTop hauls 220 pounds on its roof while you drive, or 770 pounds static which is while due to how light it is. Also, the soft shell cover doesn't really shake much while driving at highway speeds, and it is also waterproof as well (WildTop claims, but I have yet to test it with rain). Having the windows on all four sides as well is nice, I didn't have that with my GFC in my last truck, so there were definitely some blind spots. It's also super easy to remove if needed.

Cons
At the end of the day, it is a soft shell, so security may be a concern for some who want to keep the thieves away. Another thing is that the doors do extend beyond the bed rails and rest on the paint. I haven't noticed any scratches at all due to how sturdy it is while driving, but it's just something to note.

Overall, I'm pretty pumped to be running this on my new Tacoma. I'll touch base with you guys so more in a few months on how it is holding up during the Florida summer.

Here is my YouTube video on it:

Easily folds up and the magnetic clips just hold the sides into place.

Super solid field of view.

Load bars hold 220 lbs dynamic weight and 770 lbs static.
