I’ve had the Chassis Unlimited Prolite bumper with HC wings for about a year now on my 4G and it’s been amazing. Features great approach angles, 30” curved LED bar mount, factory or upgraded fog lights, room for a 12k winch, and 1” thick recovery points for shackles. Parking sensors pop into it and work just like factory—same goes for the adaptive cruise control. The bumper has great access to the winch so turning it on from the control pack, plugging in the controller, or flipping the free spool lever is super easy.
Install was pretty straightforward. It had some plastic cutting involved, but the center portion you just follow the profile. I used the HC wings as a guide and made my cut lines. The bumper mounts with 8 bolts per side—most reused factory hardware, and the rest was supplied. The factory skid plate bolted up fine, and I’m running NYTOP skid plates with it now.
Here’s the setup I’m running:
I love the factory look and that it follows and works with the body lines. The 4G front end has so many angles and this bumper just ties it all together.
Whether you’re daily driving, trail running, or getting pulled into recovery duty, this setup has been solid.
