I previously had an odd problem with my car's radio tuner as it made no sound, so I want to share how I fixed it if you face this too.
So the tuner was all quiet, but XM, Bluetooth, and phone parts worked fine. I saw a weird sign next to the Bluetooth icon, but did not know what it meant.
After trying some things, I found an easy fix: press and keep the volume knob down to turn the unit off, then turn it on again. This quick reset made the tuner work right away.
I'm sharing this tip to save you from a tough time, since even the car shop couldn't fix it. Hope this helps if your radio has this strange problem too!
