Triple Aliners Bed Mat: Perfect Fit for My Tacoma?

I tried a friend's Triple Aliners bed mat in my Tacoma, and it kind of fits just right. It shapes up to fit the tie-down spots—or those D-ring things perfectly.

For me, I'm not sure I'd be getting it for my truck, even though it looks like a perfect fit. One of the things that might make me change my mind, though, is the fact that I like how tight it stays in the bed, and it pretty much looks set for whatever you toss on it.
