2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad Long Bed Upgrade Package
Just got the AlphaRex LUXX Alpha Black headlights on my 2025 TRD Offroad and they completely changed the front end. The install went smoothly overall, removing the front end was WAY easier then I thought it was going to be. Then the factory headlights pop out and you can put in the new ones. The wiring was mostly plug and play except I did have to wire the DRL harness which was just wired by some fuse taps it only took a couple minutes. Fitment is tight and everything lines up like stock.

The DRLs are seriously bright and the startup animation looks so good in person I end up staring at it every time I walk away. I went with amber which was just a simple swap on the unit. Night driving is a huge upgrade over factory way cleaner beam and better visibility without any glare.

Honestly, they make the truck look like it should’ve come this way from the factory. Check them out here: https://customsunlimited.com/produc...x-series-led-projector-headlights-alpha-black

Nice dude! I dig the DRL. I've got a set of NOVAs going on soon.

Post up some night output shots! Of the lights themselves and their output.

Will do!

The AlphaRex Headlight install turned out killer! The amber DRL was definitely the right choice! It's so cool how you can pick between white and amber DRLs!

Dang, these look awesome! Glad to hear the install isn’t too bad…with that being said does the bumper have to come off?

I am assuming you lose the adjustable headlight position when you swap out the headlights? Makes sense and nothing I've read mentions that feature still being available. Looks good though.

I can't speak for the LUXX series, and I don't believe k2 has the factory option for adjustment on his model, but I have the NOVA series and I tested them today. I didn't think the motors for adjustment would still work, but they do! The headlights adjust the same way as the factory ones. Pretty stoked on that. I still need to do some general beam fine tuning with the adjustment on the back of the lights, but that's expected with any new set.

That’s awesome. Thanks for checking that out.
