Has anyone experienced a slight rattle noise coming from their detachable JBL speaker on their dash? I just noticed this the other day while driving in my neighborhood with the music off. It sounds like there is a slight rattle sound coming from the speaker. To investigate this, I just simply put pressure on the speaker and the noise went away. I released and the noise came back. I detached the speaker and re secured it and the noise was still there. Ima just all some felt tape to the base and see if that helps. Any other suggestions?

This is one of the issues with all the premium features. It's cool, but just gives you another spot to have an issue. Even if it's as small as rattling. Which can be maddening lol...

I removed mine, no rattles before or after removing it... Though, I do wish someone made a 3D Printable plug for the gaping hole in the dash.

What made you wanna keep it out?
While the idea of it is nice, there is no way to defeat it (turn off) either in Head unit or on the Speaker itself. It adds way to much audio to the center of the sound stage, thus taking away from the rest of the audio system. I, like many others, have found the audio and sound stage are more accurately represented without it being attached to the vehicle.
