Hey! I'm looking to add a snorkel asap. The inlet for the factory air box worries me for water crossings, probably more so then when the last generations had the intake in the wheel well.

Anyone try to buy the OEM Trailhunter snorkel from the dealer? I have no idea when someone will make an aftermarket version... Let me know! I'm sure I'm not the only one looking to upgrade right away. Picture below for reference.

Man, I tried looking for it aswell. Spoke to like 15 Toyota dealers and none have it. They couldn’t even figure out if Toyota sells it separately cuz they couldn’t find it in the system no part number as well. I’m guessing we gonna have to wait little bit more and hopefully part will be available

Bummer! I imagine it's not high on Toyota's list to sell. Seems like due to the intake design, it's more complicated than the last gen. Maybe it even requires a special intake box? Considering the OEM seems to face forward, from what I can tell, not to the side towards the fender.

Keep us posted if you hear anything.
