Mystery Knob on 2024 Toyota Tacoma Dashboard: What’s Its Purpose?

This knob came off from my dashboard and it appears to be part of the dashboard controls on your truck. It moves left and right but I cant say what it's purpose is.

Maybe it could be a part of an accessory mount or a feature that hasn't been figured out yet by any owner. I think I'd try checking the owner’s manual if I'd find any information inside.

That is how it came. I think it is the standard for vehicles with the 14” screen.

Not bad. Seems like an even better option for it. How's the 14-inch screen operation like?

Been thinking of changing my smaller display screen for the 14-inch. Just holding off a bit for now. Probably cause I don't see much difference asides it being bigger in size
