Silicone on roof rack bolts during installation?

I had my TRD-OR 6MT dyno tuned today by https://www.camtuningperformance.com/. Cam came over to the house on Saturday after a club breakfast, and did a minor tune on my truck. Today, he did his dyno tune. I was pleased after the minor tune he did on Saturday. I was super impressed driving home this afternoon after the dyno tune. I can't wait to get the truck on the road for another adventure. This was on 91 octane and 285/70 tires.

I would usually put a silicone on under the bolts during installation but I noticed the 4G taco has an OEM tape around the holes that seems to seal everything when tightened down.. anyone else know what I’m talking about? Should I take it back apart and add some?
