Hood Struts Installed Red Line Tuning 4th Gen Tacoma

As you know the new Tacoma doesn’t have hood struts and instead has a prop rod, again…Lucking Red Line Tuning has made some gas struts work for the new 4th Gen Tacoma. They were super easy to install and didn’t require any sort of rivet like the last gen Tacoma required. They just simple attached to existing hardware and OE bolt locations. Really makes you wonder why Toyota cheaped out on such an expensive truck.

I bought a set from Amazon for less than $100. My 14YO grandson installed them for me. They were easy to install. I highly recommend these.
