Toggling Your Tacoma AC Off/On Automatically

Two weeks back, I added a Stillen intake to my car, and I can't lie, I didn't have the best of experiences. The check engine light kept turning on with lots of error codes, such as the ones shared in the pictures below. I had to check each link twice, making sure all was set up right, but no luck. Don't think I'd advise anyone to get this intake if you're thinking about getting one. Not to be rude, but it was a lot of trouble. On the bright side, though, a few days after putting it in and I noticed the troubles, I called Stillen's help team. I must say, they were super kind and fast to answer. They said sorry for the trouble and wanted to fix it by giving me their Offroad cat-back exhaust in its place. They will send it next week, so I hope it fixes stuff and makes up for my troubles. .

I know a couple of owners who have complained about how their AC needs to be toggled on each time they restart their vehicle.

There's certainly a way to ensure it automatically toggles on every time you start your vehicle.

There is a setting in your dash settings called “auto AC on” you can toggle off. I turned mine off so it doesn’t run in the winter time. Hope this tip helps.
