Hey! We're BillieBars, founded in 2020, we make tonneau cover compatible bed racks and tailgate replacements. We're known for our high quality, American Made products and over the top customer support. More about our bed racks and tailgates below.
We started the company during the Covid shutdown, when Bill realized that his $4000 mountain bike wasn't safe on a traditional bike hitch. At the time, he was driving a 3rd gen Tacoma with the OEM trifold cover. We started with a low profile 5" rack and from there we iterated with a few different heights, a wide array of accessories for various purposes - Roof Top Tents, Bikes, Cargo, and Recovery, and then eventually our tailgates.
We discovered our tailgates when Bill was designing flush bed stiffeners, known as our Stiffy's (available for 2nd/3rd Gen Tacoma's). When the factory tailgate wouldn't close with the Stiffy's installed, Bill realized he needed to make a different tailgate.

- available in our stock, black over charcoal (trim) with BillieBars American Flag logo
- also available in Custom colors - over 61 colors to choose from - route or laser etch your favorite slogan or company logo (shown below)
