Equivalent 17" tire spare diameter for 18" take-off wheels and tires

Hiya all, New to the Taco world. So far so good. where is the best place to look for vibration issues, or where would be th ebest place to post such an inquiry? I am NOT computer savvy, please be patient. Thanks for any help! Doc

My stock wheels and spare are 245/70/17. I since upgraded to current gen Sequoia TRD Off Road 18" wheels with 265/70/18. What would be the equivalent tire I can get to run the same diameter as my new wheels in case of emergency and I need to use the spare? Also would it fit in the original spare location?
